I do not tattoo children. There is no special circumstance that will deem any child an exception, don’t bother asking. When you’re 18, come on in, I will gladly tattoo you and cover up that shitty tattoo you got as a kid from some unprofessional idiot who bought their equipment off of Amazon and only used you as “practice”.
